EDWARD W. HILL-TOLLINCHE obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree, both from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
His main areas of practice are U.S. Federal and local litigation, trial, and arbitration in the areas of torts, civil and commercial litigation, and contracts. Mr. Hill also has substantial jury and bench trial experience with Civil Rights, Banking, Construction, Maritime, and Admiralty law.
Mr. Hill is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association and Federal Bar Association and contributes to the latter's Puerto Rico Chapter newsletter.
Mr. Hill is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the U.S. and is also a Notary Public.
