GUSTAVO J. VIVIANI-MELÉNDEZ obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico in 2002. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 2006. 

Subsequently, Mr. Viviani joined CitiFinancial, a member of Citigroup, as an Associate Attorney from 2008 to 2009 and was in charge of regulatory matters and complaints.

From 2009 to 2010, he was an Associate Attorney at Leonard & Associates P.S.C., specializing on consumer debt collection litigation and fair debt collection practices.

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is also a Notary Public.

Mr. Viviani concentrates his practice in collection matters, commercial and civil litigation, corporate and consumer lending.
