PHGS Bankruptcy Management Division provides its clients comprehensive management of unsecured and secured debts from a creditor’s standpoint.

The services provided include the following:

  • Sorting and classifying all notices received from the Bankruptcy Court through the mail. (This involves hundreds of notices each week).
  • Sorting and classifying all electronic notices from the Bankruptcy Court, in addition to the notices received via mail. (This also involves hundreds of notices each week).
  • Drafting of monthly reports on discharged, conversions and dismissed cases in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 petitions.
  • Preparation and filing of all proof of claims each month to ensure monetary recovery. This includes the filing of proof of claims involving real estate secured loans, co-debtor claims, and secured claims involving sales finance loans.
  • Review, reply, and defense of objections from debtors, Trustees, and other creditors pertaining to unsecured claims filed creditors. This includes the review and reply to objections to claims filed by debtors.
  • Attendance at 341 creditors meetings involving secured or co-debtor claims, whenever attendance is needed.
  • Review and/or object payment plans in cases involving real estate secured loans, sales finance loans, and co-debtor claims to ensure proper payment of creditor’s claim.
  • Filing, defense, and follow up of reaffirmation agreements, motions to dismiss, motions for relief from stay, or for motions for relief from co-debtor stay, whenever such motions must be filed.
  • Drafting of status report of work performed involving secured claims, co-debtor and secured sales finance claims, and other contentious issues.
